Before Chicago, there was Gragnano. š®š¹š
This National Pasta Day, weāre taking you back to where our family story began.
Nestled near Naples, Italy, Gragnano is known around the world as the City of Pasta, with more than 500 years of pasta-making tradition.
Itās also the hometown of our very own Papa Ferdinand Rosati, whose journey to America helped lay the foundation for generations of Rosati family history.
Because pasta isnāt just on our menu. Itās part of who we are. ā¤ļø
