It’s 2025, we know starving ourselves isn’t a flex.

If your car ran out of gas 🤣🤣🤣 would you just not give it gas and let it sit in the garage to create its own gas 🤣🤣🤣?!

It makes it younger. Jk.
Your body is very, very capable of “cleansing itself” it’s literally all of your organs jobs.

Hunger usually happens when we don’t get enough fuel and nutrients. Issue is we can get fast food in the morning, eat all of our daily calories, and get ALMOST NO NUTRIENTS.

You wouldn’t believe how beautiful and how much: lean meats, whole grains, fruits / veggies, and omegas you CAN eat.
It’s not all about the calories and macros either. What goes into each meal is what really matters…

And fulfilling all of that is literally our business model.

Captain Clot and the Cholesterol Crisis

Panel 1:

Citizen 4: “Goodbye, Captain Clot!”

Captain Clot, seeing his plan unraveling, shakes his fist in anger.
Captain Clot: “No! My cholesterol empire is crumbling!”
Panel 10:
As the citizens feast on healthy foods, they grow stronger, and Captain Clot starts to shrink in size.
