Chefs Erik Bentz and Elaine Uykimpang Bentz will team up with our very own Chefs Joel Molloy and Jessica Vazquez of Momotaro & Izakaya to create a delicious menu of ramen and more. ⁠

In 2022, Cafe Mochiko was named by as one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in the US, and in 2023 Chef Elaine was nominated as a finalist for the James Beard Awards for Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker.⁠ Chef Erik is actually a former Izakaya Sous Chef who has dedicated his life to perfecting his ramen. He is also one of the creative minds behind the Momo Royale burger we all know and love!⁠
