What people say
Rose Mary, located on W Fulton Street in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking to experience the bold and bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. Chef/Owner Joe Flamm has created a menu that perfectly encapsulates what he calls "Adriatic drinking food" - rustic yet refined dishes that are perfect for sharing with friends over a glass of wine or cocktail. The restaurant's boisterous atmosphere is named after Flamm's grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, as well as the herb rosemary which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines. With its unique blend of Italian and Croatian influences, Rose Mary offers a truly unforgettable dining experience that is sure to delight even the most discerning foodies. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, homemade pasta dishes, or hearty meat entrees, Rose Mary has something for everyone. So why not make your next night out one to remember by visiting this incredible restaurant?
