At Shrimp Island, we’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Thank you for your continued support, and please watch your step on your way in, we’ve got you covered 🙏 We’ve noticed that the small slope leading into our entrance has caused a few customers to trip, and that’s something we take seriously. To make it more visible and help prevent any accidents, we’ve added high-visibility yellow markings to clearly highlight the change in level.

To reach the seafood restaurant on W Grand Avenue in Chicago by public transport, take the Blue Line to Chicago station and walk west for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection of N Halsted St and W Grand Ave. Alternatively, take the #56 Milwaukee bus to N Desplaines St & W Hubbard St, which is only a few minutes' walk away from the restaurant.
