To get to N Milwaukee in Chicago, you can take the Blue Line L train and exit at the Logan Square station. From there, you can walk east on Milwaukee Ave until you reach your destination.
If you prefer driving, you can take I-90/94 and exit at the North Ave exit. Then, head west on North Ave until you reach N Milwaukee Ave. There should be multiple parking options available along this strip.
