🖤 Squid Ink Campanelle — a dish that’s been on the menu since day one, and for good reason.
Jet-black ‘bells’ tossed in saffron chili butter, finished with golden pangratatto for that irresistible crunch. It’s bold, it’s a little briny, and it hits every time. We love it alongside a lighter red — think something with good acidity and low tannin that lets the saffron and heat do their thing. 🍷
