***Pulaski Location New Owner Introduction***
We wanted to introduce you to the new owners of our Old Irving Park restaurant location. They are Tess Meengien and Chelsey Boonchukusol.

Both Tess and Chelsey worked for us at our Hot Woks locations in the very early days. They have since gone on to open a very successful high-end Asian restaurant in Evanston called Shinsen.

We are very proud that they have become successful in their own right. We are equally pleased to entrust them with the original Hot Woks Cool Sushi location on Pulaski Road.

So please stop by and say hello and thank you for your past and future patronage of our Hot Woks Cool Sushi locations.

It has been our privilege to be a part of Roscoe Village over the last 15 years. Your patronage and support over the years have meant a great deal to us and we thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your family.

We are retiring from the restaurant business so we will be closing our little sushi restaurant October 31. We will miss you all but hope to see you before we close.

Our Pulaski and Michigan Ave. locations are still open under New Ownership with similar menus so please visit us at these locations as well.
