Hey, hey! We’re so proud & excited to collaborate with our friend Chef Cecilio Rodriguez! He is a seriously busy guy. In the last few years alone Chef Cecil has cooked for Beyoncé, Bob Weir, last week he was cooking at The Masters golf tournament and now you can get Chef’s Meatloaf Sandwich 😎👍 $1 from each sandwich sold will go to a social enterprise restaurant in Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood that provides job training for individuals facing poverty and homelessness. Hey, hey!!! Corned Beef & Cabbage got a major league upgrade this year! We’re so proud to collaborate with our pal .cue of on what might be the BEST CORNED BEEF SANDWICH IN THE CITY! Yep! .cue braved last nights storm and was smoking briskets for us into the early morning. We’re so grateful for his hard work and dedication to his craft & we know you’ll absolutely love this sandwich! Corned Beef & Cabbage is smoked corned beef brisket, pikliz (spicy pickled cabbage), provolone, beer battered fries, 1000 island, toasted sourdough. Available through St. Patrick’s day ☘️

In solidarity with the national ICE OUT protests and general strike the team has collectively decided to close on Friday 1/30. We recognize what a privilege it is to be able to do this and understand that not all small business can stop for this protest. If you do shop please support small, locally owned spots. Many of whom are pledging portions of their sales to organizations fighting the fascism & hate that’s been terrorizing our communities. Protest, call your senators & take care of one another.

Stone Soup starts today. We’ve taken inspiration from the folk tale, “Stone Soup” with hope that through collaboration & community connections we can create something much greater than we could achieve our own. All winter long our Stone Soup pot will offer a delicious soup as well as an opportunity to pay it forward and help feed neighbors in need.
Proceeds from the Stone Soup sales will pay for future ingredients but beyond that cost, all proceeds will be donated to .
We will also use this as an opportunity to further build community by purchasing ingredients from local farmers and small businesses. We encourage other restaurants to fire up their own pot of Stone Soup in support of their neighborhood food pantries.
Stop in, enjoy a mug & support local. Life is heavy now, but with a little help from everyone, we can make a big difference in our community.
